Former Army and Marine Corps JAG Lawyers
Protecting Your Military Career, Your Road to Retirement, and Your Family's Financial Security
This firm exclusively represents service members facing court-martial, administrative separation or other adverse military personnel actions. Ben Hillner joined the practice in June 2016.
Court & Carpenter PC is exclusively dedicated to defending men and women in uniform. The firm and its Of Counsel branch offices are located in Seattle, Stuttgart and New York. Its paramount mission is to strictly defend active duty members facing courts-martial, involuntary separation boards, and military investigations.
Court & Carpenter’s lawyers are exceptionally experienced advocates, indeed many of us have previously served as Judge Advocates in the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps.
Military Clients facing adverse actions have retained Court & Carpenter to defend them throughout the world.
Court & Carpenter PC only represents Clients who face adverse actions, military justice and other disciplinary matters. We selectively advocate on behalf of members of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard and the various state National Guards.
The firm has represented officers and enlisted members of all ranks, rates and grades. Our heavily experienced lawyers regularly appear in courts-martial, administrative boards and before appellate panels.
Court & Carpenter also routinely advises servicemembers about the best tactics to take when addressing command investigations. Our firm, unlike others that perfunctorily boast young and brash lawyers that self-servingly claim to be the best, is comprised of truly experienced advocates with long established track records.
Benjamin Hillner has joined Court & Carpenter after more than nine years on active duty in US Army JAG Corps, where he served as both a military prosecutor, defense counsel, operational law officer, and most recently, as the senior litigation and training officer for the Army's Trial Counsel Assistance Program (TCAP).
